Drive It Day is a national event co-ordinated by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs to encourage the use of old vehicles of all types. It unofficially marks the start of the classic events season by being held on the Sunday nearest to St. George’s Day.

This year Drive It Day is on April 27^th.  As a club we run the main Drive It Day in Cumbria with enthusiasts taking their cars out for a run and converging on Dalemain Mansion at any time between 11 and 2, where cars will be parked in front of the mansion. The Dalemain café will be open for refreshments.

This is one of our main fund raisers for our chosen charities for the year and there is a suggested donation of £5 per car.
