A major achievement for the Club has been the completion of our headquarters building, The Motor House. This is situated at Moota, on the A595 between Wigton and Cockermouth. (CA13 0QE)

It provides storage for all our equipment and caravan, a flexible meeting area with kitchen and toilets, plus a committee room and office where our archives are stored.

This project has taken three years to complete  from 2019 to 2021, and other than the structure of the building, club volunteers have done all the work. We have a large parking area where we hold the Cars & Coffee events.

The funding for this project has been raised entirely by members over a number of years, from our events and shows plus the prudent financial control by the committee.

We have our committee meetings there plus Cars & Coffee meets on the second Sunday of each month, from March to November,  unless otherwise mentioned in Start Line.
